❌ Order cancellation
Please be sure about your purchase – once the payment has been done, we are not able to cancel the order.
Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes (This includes cancellations/shipping/billing addresses, shipping method, inserting promo code, removing/adding/altering an item in your order etc.)
DISPUTES, ISSUES, RETURNS
If you have any kind of issues with your order, please kindly contact us support@kpopstays.com before escalating the issue with a payment platform.
If you believe that the goods are either incorrect or faulty you have 14 days to contact us and inform us so that we may rectify the situation, either by offering an exchange or a refund.
Please be advised that we will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by an Event Outside Our Control. Any event outside our control means any act or event beyond our reasonable control including without limitation strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks or impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.
If your purchase has not arrived within 70 days and the delay is not related to Event Outside Our Control, we will issue a full refund. Please kindly contact us prior support@kpopstays.com.
We cover all taxes and shipping costs, therefore the return costs are covered by the customer. Currently, we do not accept returns since we are required to pay a tax in order to receive an item. Due to the pandemic and the war in Ukraine, the return fees have increased, therefore we had to cancel the returns. If you have any concerns about your order, please kindly contact us and we will find a solution.
